چکیده
Endometrial stromal sarcoma, a rare disease, accounts for approximately 0.2% of all types uterine malignancies. The disease may be difficult to differentiate from the benign one using preoperative imaging and histological diagnosis. We report case patient who underwent robot-assisted surgery adenomyosis was diagnosed with low-grade endometrial sarcoma. She additional laparoscopic initial surgical wound. A 45-year-old gravida 4, para 2 referred because excessive menstruation caused by adenomyosis. Ultrasound magnetic resonance revealed 5-cm right endometrioid ovarian cyst. Cytology did not reveal any suspicious findings malignant disease. Hormone therapy initiated, but bleeding anemia were observed. Hence, robotic performed. Robot-assisted hysterectomy, adnexectomy, left tubectomy performed da Vinci Xi system. discharged without postoperative problems.

Robotic-Assisted Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy Versus Conventional Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy
OBJECTIVES To compare patient characteristics, operative variables, and outcomes of 24 patients who underwent robotic-assisted total laparoscopic hysterectomy (TLH) with 44 patients who underwent conventional TLH. We retrospectively reviewed the charts of 44 patients with TLH and 24 patients with robotic TLH. RESULTS Robotic TLH was associated with a shorter hospital stay (1.0 vs 1.4 days, P=...

متن کاملRobotic-assisted laparoscopic hysterectomy for women with endometrial cancer.
INTRODUCTION Robotic-assisted laparoscopic hysterectomy (RALH) has become a widely used approach for women with endometrial cancer and has replaced laparotomy. It has been questioned if the increased costs are justified by superior surgical outcomes. The aim of the present study was to examine the frequency, types and severity of post-operative complications after total abdominal hysterectomy (...

Minimally invasive surgery has grown exponentially over the last two decades. With smaller incisions, reduced blood loss, shortened hospital stay and time to convalescence, and reduced postoperative pain, laparoscopy has gained momentum as the preferred approach to many surgical procedures. This is especially true in the field of urology where minimally invasive approaches to nephrectomy, adren...
متن کاملRobot-assisted laparoscopic colorectal surgery.
Colorectal surgery can be difficult at open and laparoscopic surgery. This is particularly the case for rectal surgery deep in the pelvis. In obese males distal rectal dissection can be challenging because of instrument and visual limitations. Robot-assisted laparoscopic colorectal operations do not differ significantly from the standard laparoscopic approach but it has certainly been shown tha...
